Affordable Movers collects what we need to write a binding moving estimate and dispatch a truck — nothing more. This page tells you what we store, who sees it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect
- Name, phone, email when you request a quote
- Origin and destination addresses for the estimate
- Floor count, elevator status, board contact for co-op jobs
- Photos or video you send Anthony for the walkthrough
- Card or ACH detail when you pay an invoice
- Server logs — IP, browser, page URL — for security and analytics
How the data flows
- Quote form posts to the 4th Avenue desk inbox — Rachel sees it first.
- Anthony writes the estimate; the address pair is stored in our scheduling database for the lifetime of the job.
- Yelena issues the COI and the invoice; payment data routes through Stripe under their own privacy policy.
- After the nine-month FMCSA claim window closes, archival copies are encrypted and removed from active systems.
Cookies & analytics
- Google Analytics for page-view counts and source attribution
- One session cookie that keeps your quote-form draft if the page reloads
- No third-party ad pixels, no remarketing, no Facebook tag
- No sale or trade of your contact details to lead aggregators — ever
- Block cookies in your browser; the site still works, the quote form still posts
